Viatek provides services in the following areas:
Initiation, Feasibility and Planning:
Viatek provides process selection and evaluation,
equipment specifications, shop drawings, technical presentations, and
preliminary design proposals.
Execution, Testing and Deployment:
Viatek works with clients, contractors, and designers
in the execution phase of the project. We provide design assistance,
manage orders and spare parts, coordinate equipment deliveries,
supervise construction and equipment inspections, manage systems
integration, manage start-up services and operate the equipment.
Maintenance:
Viatek provides after-sale support. We have factory-trained engineers for the equipment that requires maintenance. We service equipment in warranty situations and make general service calls on a fee basis.
