FEASABILITY ANALYSIS AND COST ESTIMATE

Want to see if any of Viatek Corporation's products are feasible and economical for your project? Viatek can provide a free budget estimate package which will include a technical report that will summarize all of the pertinent technical information relating to the product, layout, including all component sizing. Both capital costs and annual O&M cost estimates will be provided.

SEMINARS

Viatek Corporation provides technical training seminars designed to increase the attendees comfort level with all of our technology. These seminars are free of charge:

• Lunch Presentation provides an overview of the technology including a discussion of the major system components, how the system works, advantages of using Viatek's products, and Viatek's support and services.

• Design Seminar provides advanced technical information for those who are about to design any of Viatek's systems.

FACTORY AND PROJECT TOURS

To further the education process and allow federal and municipal official as well as engineers to feel more comfortable about Viatek's products, Viatek conducts factory tours of represented manufacturers as well as tours of completed projects implementing Viatek supplied equipment.

DESIGN ASSISTANCE

One of Viatek's strengths is the technical support the company provides during the development of a project. Viatek's engineering department together with represented manufacturers can provide the design assistance with all of the technical support required. Viatek's design support material is in a format that is consistent with what engineering firms expect and use in their contract documents.

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION

How well any of Viatek's offered systems operates is largely dependent on how well it is installed. Viatek's expertise and experience during the installation phase helps ensure the highest level of product performance. Depending on customer's need, Viatek Corporation can provide construction field services on a full time, half time or part time basis. Viatek's support during installation phase is customer's assurance of excellence now and for years to come.

OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

Viatek Corporation currently provides after-market services to its customers in Puerto Rico. Technical support from Viatek engineering and service departments provide any necessary support to assist the client in providing timely information and solutions to problems. Services include 24/7 support, a periodic equipment check-ups, actual operation and maintenance of systems through a maintenance contract, and a inventory of spare parts.

TRAINING CENTER

Viatek Corporation offers a 2-day operator's school at least once a month for Airvac Vacuum Sewer Systems. Our instructors are experienced vacuum system technicians that provide hands-on failure analysis using an actual operating vacuum systems located in Barrio Obrero area in San Juan and Culebra Island next to Puerto Rico .
